Rosemary Ground

Ground rosemary is finely powdered dried rosemary needles - green-gray powder with piney aroma. It has a strong woody herbal scent - pine-like and camphorous. The flavor is bold resinous and piney - slightly bitter. Great for rubs meats potatoes or breads. Pairs with garlic thyme black pepper or lemon.
