Warm orange-red to tan with smooth texture. It offers a warm nutmeg-like aroma - spicy and sweet. The flavor is similar to nutmeg but more delicate - citrusy peppery and floral. Use in baking sausages sauces or spice blends. Pairs with cinnamon cloves allspice or nutmeg.
